What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is at 12:00.
Can I use a delivery service to send my luggage ahead?
Of course. Please write the date of your stay, the name you are booked under (including phonetic spelling), and your contact details on the shipping forms, and send your luggage to the following address:

Can I use the hotel restaurants for dinner without making a reservation in advance?
Guests wishing to use the hotel restaurants for dinner are advised to book in advance.
Please note that the restaurant may already be fully booked on the date of your booking.
Do I need to make a reservation to use the pool?
The pool is exclusively for hotel guests, so you do not need a reservation.
Opening hours are 10:00-22:00 between May and October (heated pool).
Can I pay with electronic money?
You can use NFC Pay, transit-related IC cards, QUICPay, iD, WAON, nanaco, and Rakuten Edy
I want to cancel my reservation. Is there a cancellation fee?
We charge 50% for a cancellation on the day before your scheduled arrival, and 100% for cancellation on the same day.
What is the Internet environment in guest rooms?
WiFi is available in all guest rooms.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel and in guest rooms?
The hotel, including guest rooms, is non-smoking, but ash trays are provided on the lobby terrace and balconies.
Are there any single rooms?
All rooms are twin rooms. Single use is permitted.
Are there any triple rooms?
We can add an extra bed to deluxe twin rooms to provide triple rooms.
Can I use the Internet?
WiFi is available in all guest rooms and areas of the hotel.
Are wheelchairs provided?
We provide wheelchairs free of charge, but numbers are limited, so please ask in advance.
Can you provide baby beds for young children?
We can provide baby beds, but numbers are limited, so please ask in advance.
Can you provide baby guards for young children?
We can provide baby guards, but numbers are limited, so please ask in advance.
Also, twin beds can be changed to Hollywood twin beds.
Can I buy the guest room pajamas, towels, and amenities?
Those are not for sale.
Can I bring outside guests into the Club Lounge?
Our Club Lounge is exclusively for the use of hotel guests, so we charge fees for outside guests.
